What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order & message on Signal. 2nd shipping fee will be waived.

How do I cancel my order?

We can cancel orders up to 24 hours after they have been placed but afterwards not possible.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 days, then please contact us via signal @ 323-536-3211

Do not mark transactions as a good and services as this will flag my account

Returns or Refunds:

If your package is lost due to incorrect address input at time of order we do not offer refunds.

We do not accept returns for defective items. Please message on signal at 323-536-3211
